Aileen has been practising yoga for over ten years and teaching for five. She initially trained in Hatha yoga and recently re-trained in the classical tradition of Integral Yoga as taught by Satchidananda, and also in Gentle Therapeutic Yoga.
She is an advocate of ‘the power of the breath’ and all of her practices are breath led.
Aileen shares her knowledge and experience of Yoga, meditation and mindfulness to empower others to take more control over their health and wellbeing.
