Aimée Tañón, MBA, CHC, RYT, SYT is a world-renowned yoga instructor, health educator, food expert, and spiritual road warrior. When she is not traveling, she is based between Amsterdam and NYC coaching both corporate and private clients on health and lifestyle, as well as teaching private and public yoga classes. She specializes in teaching yoga classes, which are safe, challenging, strengthening and soothing to the human organism. Aimée has did her first formal yoga teacher training in 2002 at Sivananda Yoga Camp in Quebec after over a decade of Self Study in Traditional Hatha Yoga & ISHTA. Aimee continues to fine tune and further her own education as well as other teachers/students around her, under the pinnacle international certifications by Yoga Alliance US and Yoga Alliance UK. She continues to study with various teachers. She spends part of the year guiding yoga and wellness related workshops, programs, retreats at destinations such as Dubai, Ibiza, Switzerland, Panama, Cuba, Peru and her very own home city of New York.
She also spends time lecturing and creating seminars around her passion for healthy living to her peers and private/corporate clients worldwide. Through her own life altering experiences and ultimately healing herself through a whole foods diet, Aimée is committed to spreading the secret to perfect health of mind and body from a place of true understanding and empathy. Aimée Tañón is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is a International Integrative Yoga Therapist, and has been trained to lead MSBR/Emotional Intelligence trainings. Aimée continues to expand her knowledge in order to provide the most potent, cutting edge information. For the past decade, she has been exploring the unique dance between quantum physics and neuropsychology as it relates to health and wellbeing.
