I started practicing yoga following a back injury whilst training for the London Marathon 10 years ago. Since then, I practiced on and off before soon establishing a regular practice through finding my love for Vinyasa, Rocket and Power yoga – dynamic yoga practices which were challenging yet perfectly soothing for the mind.
My yoga journey is one that is forever growing. I gained my RYT200 at YogaLondon in April 2013 and my Hot Yoga qualification in 2015. I continue to train under the guidance of Marcus Veda and Stewart Gilchrist and give thanks to all my teachers I have been fortunate to practice with – Doug Swenson, Christian Salton and Dharma Mitra to name just a few.
My teaching style is fun, creative and accompanied by the sounds of the Balearic Islands. I'm passionate about all the styles of yoga that I teach - Vinyasa, Rocket, Power, Flow and Hot 60. I love giving people the encouragement to try something new and work with them as an individual on their yoga journey. I steer people away from fixating on the perfect pose and encourage everyone to simply have fun on their mats, let their breath be their guide and see what happens!
