I am an Art Therapist, yoga teacher, and community organizer of small college town festivals. I offer an integration of art and yoga which may or may not include postures, but usually includes breath work and some philosophy and emphasis on nutrition for mental health. I am available for individual work, family, or small group work using yoga for self-care and optimal cognitive functioning. Chair yoga is often a great initial introduction to gentle yoga and yoga for everyone.
