Aisling Conn has been practicing yoga for close to 15 years and is a qualified Yoga and Pilates teacher. She completed her 200hr Yoga Alliance Certification training at the Yoga Room in Dublin and Mat1 and Mat2 Pilates Teacher Training with Sarah MacLachlan in Pilates Performance Ireland. Aisling’s approach to yoga is inspired by the styles of Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga and has studied under many and varied yoga teachers in both Australia and around Ireland. Her main Yoga practice is a blend of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow. Her yoga classes follow a balanced, flowing sequence working at an individual pace with grace and core stability. Her teaching emphasis is on correct alignment in postures and the unlimited benefits that a regular practice can bring to any body. Aisling continues to deepen her own practice as well as enhancing her teaching skills with regular workshops and master classes.
