Aki Omori is a true explorer of movements and living body–mind. Having experienced many styles, she now teaches a slow vinyasa style of yoga that is also informative. She encourages her students to be actively involved in enquiries so that they will find their own unique path that is honest and true to themselves. Aki’s classes are known for their explorative nature and are fun and light yet profound. As well as being a yoga teacher, she is also a somatic movement therapist and a developmental/relational trauma therapist, specialising in working with complex-ptsd. She teaches workshops on embodied anatomy, developmental movements, restorative yoga, pranayama and runs retreats, and her own training programmes for yoga teachers and therapists.
