Born in 1969, I first practice yoga at the age of 17, then became a regular practioner since 2008 when I discovered Ashtanga.
I teach Ashtanga primary serie and vinyasa classes in paris and organize yoga hikes and cruises on sailboats around the world.

I have made a lot of improvements with Alain. My Monday classes with him have been such à great booster for the day !
Whenever I can I attend Alain's ashtanga class on Sunday morning at maison Keller.
I enjoy much this dynamic course in a relax atmosphere. It helped me to renew with a feeilng of progress.
Alain is an inspiring and motivating teacher.
Step by step, while teaching you to respect your body's limits, he will guide you to your personal best.
I am personally a very lazy person, but thanks to Alain I'm a total addict, waking up really early for Mysore.
Alain is the yoga teacher that I really searched.
His courses are friendly, dynamic... energetic (!) and thus 100% addictive !!! :-)
They make me feel peacefull with a good balance between body and mind.
I am more of a strenuous workout guy. So I thought yoga was clearly not for me...till I went to ashtanga and loved it right away. Alain has brought it to the next level and I challenge myself at every class and give my 100% of the day. I vow for Alain. He is able to adapt to every level so he is gonna bring you step by step. Try, you'll love it.
Alain's classes are phisically intense but he knows how to adapt asanas to each student's level.
Classes arte also funny, Alain is always smiley and in a good mood, that helps to go through the yoga time.
I highly recommend his classes.
I really like classes with Alain. I've been doing more and more yoga since I've started with him and I progressed a lot.
Alain is a teacher that passes on his yoga knowledge (physical and theoretical) with strength, modesty, passion and above all : joy and smile ! He is a great person I would definitely recommand for highly motivated yogis.
