Alan Mileham, E-RYT 500 & YACEP with Yoga Alliance (USA). Alan is an Experienced Senior Yoga Teacher who has been teaching Yoga since 2001. He has in access of 3000 Training Hours. He is also a Highly Trained Yin Yoga Teacher with over 400 hours of completed Yin TT'S. He has trained & studied with Paul and Suzee Grilley, Bernie Clark, Joe Barnett, Carly Forest & Sarah Powers.
