I lead students through a Hatha style class - which is simply the over all style of original yoga some

Some days I make the classes flow/Vinyasa style - others can get spicy with more power moves to heat things up and quite often, particularly in the evening - I slow things down to create a more Yin style class.

Regardless of the style, I invite the students to practice "aparigraha" the sanskrit term for finding freedom in letting go.

Be open to what currently is happening in your body and life - accept it then simply let the process unfold, and the outcome will take care of itself.
