Alanda has been a long time practitioner and teacher of yoga. She is passionate about safety and alignment and is constantly striving to deepen her knowledge around how the body works. Adjustments to deepen both the expression of asanas and encourage relaxation are always a part of Alanda's classes where she believes in sharing the gift of human touch. Her unique cues and explanations allow difficult poses to become more accessible to her students and her light heart and big smile remind them of the true spirit of yoga.
