I began teaching in 2002 after completing my first of three teacher trainings. I teach hatha, vinyasa, yin, power and beginners yoga. I bring a rich background of anatomy, physiology, kinesiolody, pilates, dance and work with special populations to my classes. Laughter, a sense of humor and a light heart keep us from taking ourselves too seriously in classes that are inspiring and playful. Breath, feel, be well!
