I've been teaching yoga pretty much full time for the last 4 years and practicing for a few before that. Yoga isn't a job for me - it's a vocation, a way of life. I practice most days and I only teach what I have felt in my body so I hope that my instructions always feel authentic. Rather than aligning myself with any one particular system I prefer to draw from all the systems of yoga available and attempt to translate my own non dogmatic approach into a class.
I've been told that my classes flow with ease and are dynamic, spacious, accessible and challenging, speaking not just to the body, but to the mind and soul too. I am a qualified psychotherapist and see huge parallels between the two disciplines - both are ultimately tools to develop our self with.
I look forward to seeing you on a mat somewhere soon.
