Alex has been practising yoga for 12 years in the UK and Australia. She first fell in love with the Bikram series before exploring other forms of over the past few years. She still enjoys a hot practice but also enjoys the internal heat of Vinyasa flow and it allows her to take her classes to a variety of locations. She teaches from her home, at various studios and offers Corporate classes in London.
Alex encourages her students to experiment with their practice and not to take themselves too seriously. She strongly believes in working within your own body and mind, resisting comparison to others in the room. She has recently finished her 20 year career in IT to pursue her passion for yoga.
