I'm a passionate teacher and student of all aspects of yoga. I've been practicing for nearly 15 years and am qualified and insured to teach by the British Wheel of Yoga. I teach weekly hatha yoga classes in Wimbledon Village and privately around South West London. My classes offer students a fully rounded practice: asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and guided relaxation.
Yoga has made me a happier and healthier person and I love sharing the benefits of yoga with everyone I meet.
