My goal is to help others take control of their health. I am a RYT-500 and began teaching after receiving my B. S. in Exercise Biology from UC Davis. I strive to empower people to improve their health and well-being through a personal movement practice and enhanced body awareness. I am an Integrated Yoga Tune Up® instructor specializing in injury prevention and rehabilitation.
A self-professed body nerd with a strong background in anatomy and physiology, I am an Integral Anatomy student of Gil Hedley’s. I like to believe my classes combine my knowledge of the body in a fun and practical way, allowing clients to develop a better sense of themselves. When not playing with my therapy puggle, I am constantly working toward becoming a Supple Leopard.
