Stumbled into a yoga class 15 years ago and got so much out of it that I stuck with it. The benefits of a regular practise revealed themselves to me over the first few weeks, months, years and they keep on going.
After a few years of practising, a couple of my teachers suggested that I train to become one myself. I did and have not looked back.
My teachers have been from different lineage and have influenced the way I teach. I do not teach a specific style but a mix of several such as Iyengar, Hatha, Vinyasa and Flow. I am particularly interested in the anatomy of postures and encouraging people to find their own alignement in postures.
