When I stepped the first time on a Yoga mat, I got so inspired that I began to practice yoga on a daily bases which changed my life.
To depend my knowledge I attend regularly Yoga workshops with well known teachers all over the world and I participated in a Yoga Teacher Training.
I love to teach Vinyasa Classes which are almost dance-like. I always try to combine the dynamics of the flow with an alignment based practice and mindful awareness of the movements with a deep relaxation at the end. My passion is to share the freedom, well-being and tranquility Yoga has brought into my life.
