Alice has over 5 years experience practicing yoga. Initially being attracted to the physical benefits of yoga which helped her manage lower back pain. Through her own experiences she witnessed the positive transformation Yoga had on her own body and mind and wanted to explore further. With this curiosity she embarked on a 200-Hour teacher training course with Yoga London, certified by the Yoga Alliance, and now teaches weekly classes.
Specialising in Vinyasa Flow, Alice curates dynamic sequences each week which stimulate heat in the physical body. The classes are focused on breath, alignment and mindful movement. Expect to feel energised whilst leaving with a sense of grounding.
Off the mat Alice is a musician and is currently studying Music at Goldsmiths University.
