Alice was first drawn to yoga in 2010 by the athletic challenges of the physical practice. Over time, she developed a passion for the all-encompassing practice of strengthening her mental, spiritual and physical well-being. Her teaching is inspired by the diverse community of teachers and students she has worked with through the years, aiming to make yoga both fun and accessible to all. Classes are energetic and link dynamic movement to intentional breath, challenging and inspiring each student to continue growing in their own practice, no matter what level.
