Alicia has been practicing yoga for years. From the beaches in Florida to the Georgian Bay shores in Ontario and the Potomac River in Washington DC, Alicia now shares her yoga in Alaska. She believes yoga is not about being able to touch your toes or stand on your head. Yoga is about unifying mental and physical health, being happy, healthy, and feeling good about your self and body.
Alicia is full of energy and shares that energy and joyfulness in her classes. Tailoring her asanas through vinyasa flow, hatha, chair, or restorative sessions, Alicia has led yoga classes for young children, teens, beginners, office workers, and more ‘mature' students - all of her classes are designed to meet her students where they are - in an environment where students can thrive in the yoga experience.
Yoga is alive and evolving. With every breath and stretch, teaching yoga is a joyful and rewarding part of Alicia's life.
