I have a in Theatre Arts, and an in Holistic Wellness. I am also a Greenfire Wisewoman elder since about 2011, which encorporates a lineage of training in chakras, aromatherapy/essential oils, herbal medicine, reiki (I am level 3 certified in Usui Reiki, and have levels I and II in Celtic Reiki). I am currently on the faculty at A Jewel in the Lotus in Islip, where I teach the public about nutrition, Ayurveda, holistic skincare, and much more (as well as the YTT's who come through our studio). ***Please note that I do not teach yoga.***
