Alicia Saldenha

Alicia Saldenha, PhD is an international recording artist, human rights activist and yogi. She hails from the Caribbean island-nation of Trinidad and Tobago. Alicia is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She received her training in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga. In addition to her yoga workshops, Alicia Saldenha also conducts international yoga retreats as well as Yacht Yoga, a luxury sailing and yoga cruise in Langkawi, Malaysia.
