The Light Within Yoga Studio is a small studio filled with great BIG love.
We offer weekly yoga classes (ashtanga vinyasa, vinyasa, gentle, restorative, tweens) , Yoga Teacher Training and many different monthly workshops. We have a monthly meditation group as well.
Our teachers are highly experienced and wonderfully gifted. Many of them offer private lessons.
