Ali Gildemeister was introduced to yoga in 1994 and began practicing regularly shortly thereafter. She was drawn to the practice because it offers a combination of strength, power, and grace. In 2012, Ali discovered hot yoga at Forever Om Yoga and considers the studio her yoga home. Ali completed her 200 hour RYT in 2015 at Forever Om and is looking to help others discover their potential and find their inner peace through the yoga practice. Ali also teaches "not-hot" flow classes and Fusion Yoga classes at Heather's Gym in Libertyville. Both spaces are unique and beautiful, offering a supportive community to help students achieve and maintain their personal goals.
Ali has her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science and a Master's of Arts in Health Education. She is also a certified Physical Education and Health teacher, a high school gymnastics coach, and is currently working on her certification for ACE Group Exercise and Health Coaching.
When she is not on her mat or in the gymnastics gym, Ali enjoys embracing life with her husband, Kevin, and their two children, Ryan and Kate.
