I began my regular yoga practice in 2007. Fast forward a number of years and many hours of study and practice, I decided to take the plunge and dive into teacher training in 2015. I'm proud to be a 200 hour certified yoga teacher with over 100 additional hours of specialised yin yoga teacher training with Sarah Powers. I'm also an iRest® Level 1 yoga nidra teacher having studied with the inspirational James Reeves.
My teaching is clear and creative as I guide my students to explore their edges with awareness and compassion. My classes are welcoming and inclusive with everyone encouraged to practise at their own pace and develop their connection with their mind, body & spirit.
My passions for travel and yoga have led me to study, train and practise with some of the world's foremost teachers. The knowledge I continue to gather reinforces my desire to learn more and to share the experience and benefits of yoga with others.
