I teach all levels, flow, no fluff, alignment oriented yoga. Yoga is about being in your body, learning from your body.
I also offer resistance stretching classes and private stretching sessions based on the Ki-Hara method. This type of stretching is ideal for everyone from the elite athlete to the non-exerciser, young to old. It is extremely effective in opening and rebalancing the body for ease of movement.
I often infuse resistance stretching with yoga, as they are a perfect match on the mat!
