Alison first stepped on her mat in 2006, and has never looked back. Since completing her teacher training in 2014, Alison has been humbled by the reality that a yoga teacher’s learning is never complete, and the capacity for knowledge is endless. Her teaching style is influenced by many of her beloved teachers (who she is eternally grateful for), and mainly lies within the Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin disciplines. Alison’s classes are fun and challenging, whilst being down to earth and open to all, regardless of ability. By holding her students in a safe space, and guiding them through conscious, playful, breath-led movement, Alison allows her students to find inner stillness and a feeling of positive comfort, inside and out.
