Hello! I am a yoga teacher, stretch teacher, nutritionist, recipe editor, and author. I teach all styles of yoga: vinyasa, yin, restorative, hatha, mama-baby, and basics. I lead meditations on the Hot Feet Fitness app and also lead video classes. I am always happy to customize a class for specific needs. I believe in finding an activity that works for you and your body and well being. I am an avid walker and like to cook for my family and friends.
