I have my 200 hrs in the 8 limbs of Ashtanga. I have completed Level 2: Cultivation in Rachel Brice's 8 Elements of Tribal Fusion Belly Dance which bases its bio-mechanics of movement training in Vini yoga. While I am primarily a dancer, I find yoga to be a valuable cross training tool for dancers.
