I have been practicing yoga steadily since the age of fourteen. It was immediately familiar to me when I walked into my first class which I had found on the internet. I have traveled mainly all over South and Central America practicing with various teachers, visiting yoga centres and living in ashrams (places where life is orientated around yogic practices). Generally tasting yoga in all its shapes and forms.
I still practice daily and am continuing my learning journey as I teach.
Having trained to teach for two years in the beautiful and secluded Mandala Yoga Ashram in mid-Wales, I am now home in Dublin again.
I love to teach yoga classes with a view to deep relaxation, the release of tensions, physical, mental and emotion, and connection with deeper aspects of the self, such as intuition - our inner expert only waiting to offer us guidance towards greater well-being, peace of mind and health.
I specialize in the practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided, deep relaxation which unfurls tension on all levels of body and spirit. It is a true gem of the yoga tradition.
