Im a scuba duba hatha yogi and with diving the breath is the most essential part of the sport. Like yoga, control and awareness of the breath is the key. I have immersed myself in the study of yoga since 2009, currently taking the British Wheel of Yoga NVQ level 4 teaching diploma. I previously studied Level's 1 & 2 Meditation with Maarten Vermasse, and am also a qualified Professional Relaxation Therapist. I began practicing yoga in 2001 following a back injury, and am delighted to be able to teach this profound practice to others who wish to learn more.
