I'm classical schooled in India. In the Arhanta ashram near Khajuraho I learned Hatha yoga and I follow the lineage of Swami Sivananda. It is important to me that every student gets personal attention and the opportunaty to work on his/her personal goals.

The class will start with pranayama (breathing techniques), sun salutations and asanas. Every class will close with 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) to relax the body and mind.

A Hatha yoga class at Holistisch Centrum Gaia will take1,5 hours.
