I am a mom, and I love practicing yoga with my children. I want to extend this practice to our community and help other families realize the benefits of practicing yoga with their children. Mindful breathing, body awareness, and an appreciation for focusing on the present moment are important not only for adults, but also for children who experience more stress than we as parents often notice. Just like we need to practice managing our emotions and taking time to slow down in our busy world, let's help our kiddos learn to do the same!
