Amanda Cannon teaches Hatha and restorative yoga to assist mid-life to senior individuals restore, maintain and excel in daily activities and fitness. She is a fitness enthusiast who has actively practiced yoga since 2004. Amanda completed training programs in yoga both inside and outside the United States. She began teaching in the Tallahassee community in 2011 and has accumulated over 900 hours of teaching experience, including bringing yoga and mindfulness to under-served populations such as women prisoners. Her breath-centered and slow-moving teaching style focuses on opening the heart, nurturing self awareness and self acceptance and learning how to see the world with love off the mat in everyday life. .
