My name is Amanda and I come from Toronto, Canada. I'm a Sagittarius who of course loves to travel, make healthy treats, drink red wine and have a somewhat childish sense of humour! I teach Vinyasa Yoga, Core Power Pilates and I recently graduated from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and became a certified Holistic Health Coach. From these trainings I learned that it is so important to take care of our selves, our health and our happiness. I also believe our purpose is to help one another and never stop learning. We are forever students in this life and you can teach as much as you can learn in your everyday experiences. Regardless of your authority or find the child inside you!

Focus and method:

I love the balance, patience and stillness of Yoga and the precise alignment and core strength of Pilates. I apply these concepts when I teach either. Energetic, dynamic and core strengthening while integrating deep into the areas we hold tension. Allowing you to silently release aggression and then peacefully let yourself go deeper through asanas and meditation. Above all having fun together and not taking yourself too seriously is the key!
