I have practiced and studied yoga since 1993. A spinal fracture from a horseback riding accident when I was young left me with pain at an early age. When I discovered yoga it changed my life. It is the most powerful way I have found to strengthen and heal my body and increase my vitality.
I am committed to mind, body and spirit wellness. I teach yoga, meditation, mindfulness-based stress reduction and wholistic wellness of mind, body and spirit.
We can use these ancient practices and access their benefits in our everyday lives.
