Amanda completed her 200 RYT training through Yogaworks at Peace Love & Yoga in Carlsbad, CA. She is a certified Yoga Alliance instructor. She is also certified to teach Stand Up Paddle Yoga through SDPY & Spirit Yoga. She teaches a vinyasa style yoga with strong emphasis on alignment & roots in the ashtanga, iyengar & vinyoga traditions. Her teaching philosophy is simple. If you can breathe, you can benefit from yoga. She faithfully believes that with the practice of yoga, we can overcome the false limitations of the mind and ego. She acquired Studio Y Yoga & Wellness in June of 2015 & has been teaching there exclusively. She has just accepted a seasonal position teaching at Yuma Golf & Country Club beginning January 2016.
