During her career as a professional dancer, Amanda was introduced to Yoga and loved it. Hence, Amanda has been studying and practicing Yoga since the late 1990s. As her physical practice of yoga grew, she noticed a deeper connection to self growing as well. Amanda's knowledge of yoga comes from both the study and practice of Kripalu Yoga, Pranotthon Yoga, Iyengar yoga, Hatha Yoga, Bikram yoga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, meditation, and pranayama. Amanda has most recently been assisting at Yoga Teacher Trainings in New York and New Jersey, Pranotthan Yoga Teacher Trainings as well as assisting at various programs at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Amanda is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher (200 Hour) and is blessed to have the opportunity to share Yoga with others.
