Our bodies' capacity heal and to reveal inspires me. I found yoga at age 40, seeking to heal spinal/nervous system issues. Now I experience yoga as an invitation to tune in to deeper, innate wisdom. It’s an ongoing dialogue of allowing and unfolding. I am a RYT500.
My classes range from Yin and Pranayam to Vinyasa and Hot Yoga, and my instruction emphasizes self-inquiry, alignment, breath and philosophy informed by trainings at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Massachusetts, and at Nosara Yoga Institute, Costa Rica. I'm certified in Pranakriya Yoga Therapy and offer Thai Yoga Therapeutics (Thai Massage). For more see

I loved Amanda's class, she is very knowledgable about Yoga Philosophy as well as asanas. She knows how to guide us from one poses to an other in a very precise and smooth way. Her VinYin class allowed me to deeply relax but also feel the strength and flexibility of my body increase. I highly recommend Amanda'a class to any level students.
