AMBER BARRY inspires total body wellness with her healthy and relatable approaches to yoga, mindfulness, and everyday well-being. As one of the most experienced yoga instructors in Atlanta, and the founder of Westside Yoga, she is committed to providing consistently inspiring experiences that rally her community around yoga. Her passion for yoga stems from the personal transformation she experienced when she first met her mat in 1998. Yoga helped Amber reclaim her life after a near-fatal car crash, and led her to find freedom in how she moves, thinks, and interacts with the world. She began her teaching and coaching career in 2001, and has been an outspoken advocate of mindfulness, movement, discipline, and plant-based nutrition ever since. Amber encourages her students to step outside their comfort zones, practice yoga daily, and trust the struggles on the journey to total body health. She earned her business degree from University of Virginia, her Yoga Teacher Certification through Peachtree Yoga Center, and has trained extensively with many of the most influential masters of our time, including Steve Ross, Tias Little, Bryan Kest, Seane Corne, Sarah Ivanhoe, and John Friend.
