Amber started exploring yoga in high school and dabbled with it on and off until the birth of her fourth child six years ago. With four kids, she realized the importance of self-care and made her yoga practice a priority. She saw first hand how beneficial yoga was in her own life, and wanted to offer that gift to others which led her to pursue her yoga teaching training. She received her 200hr certification through Well Heart Yoga under the guidance of Leslee Clark. She has also received a 95 hr Holy Yoga certification under Brooke Boon in Flagstaff, Arizona. Yoga has taught her many valuable lessons, such as the benefits of a deep breath and body/mind awareness and she longs to share that knowledge with those around her. Amber emphasis foundations and alignment with thoughtful sequencing. Each class is infused with music, playfulness and a realness that makes people feel at ease on their mats. She is grateful for this opportunity to support students as they explore their own yoga journey.
