Each week I create a flowing sequence of postures open to beginners – intermediates in a non-competitive environment. We will be invigorating and strengthening the physical body, with a strong focus on the breath to both guide us between postures and centre the mind. We will create a moving meditation to not only tone the physical body, but to encourage a deeper sense of self awareness and connection. The class will offer the opportunity to turn inwards and experience a moment of respite from the chaos and stimulation of city life, leaving your body and mind completely restored!
