I provide vinyasa-style yoga classes, both slow-flow and power yoga, with an emphasis on yoga philosophy and the breath. These are offered both online and in person, as group or private sessions – so do get in touch to let me know what might work for you.

Yoga has been a massively positive force in my own life and something that I love to share with others – building strength, confidence and self-awareness. I started classes over 10 years ago, but it was only once I began a daily practice that I witnessed its truly transformative effects on body and mind, as well as just about every other part of my life! This inspired me to embark on my teacher training journey, which I completed at The House of Yoga in Putney, London – as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher.
