I am a yoga guide that is constantly exploring and learning. My practice is one that seeks a balance between movement and stillness. The classes I teach are a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa that is suited for beginners or practitioners of all levels. I incorporate Pranayama and Meditation into my daily practice as it helps me find my happy space and harness energy. All I learn is meant to be shared with everyone that I come across with in this lifetime.
