I love yoga! My mother introduced me to the practice in 2008 and I've been practicing ever since. I received my 200hr certification in March of 2014 and currently teach at several studios in the Seattle area. I love to teach everything from Power to Restorative and see the benefits in all styles of yoga. When I'm not practicing yoga, you can find me reading a good book, training for a race (running), hiking in the mountains, or walking on the beach with my dog, Duke.
