Her lighthearted and breath-focused vinyasa flow classes focus on the connection of mind, breath and body through asana, yogic philosophy, pranayama, and meditation. Amy believes that there is an important balance to one's yoga practice that includes discipline yet remaining light, open and playful, and she aims to help students find that balance in her classes. Amy's goal is to share her love of yoga and to help empower her students to be their most authentic selves.
