“I am an athlete at heart and want to share my of love of yoga with fellow athletes and non-athletes alike. I want to teach others that yoga can provide a non-competitive workout that improves everything from flexibility, endurance, balance and posture to mental focus and breath awareness. These aspects can be important in any athletic training as well as our daily lives.”
