In this class you will move in a Slowed down Vinyasa style. Emphasis on gaining strength and flexibility in body and mind. A form of meditation in movement, the class will be reminded to notice their breathe and subtle sensations, allowing you to get out of your mind and into your physical and energetic body. All levels class with modifications offered as well as advanced postures to challenge the experienced Yogi.
This class is beginner level and open to all who are interested in learning the fundamentals of a Yoga class. Learn alignment of Warrior poses, Downward dog, and the poses you would typically find in a Group Yoga class. Introduction to basic breathing, meditation, and philosophy of Yoga.
