Therapeutic Yoga for Non-Yoga People

Amy gets results fast. Just a few sessions and I got relief for my frozen shoulder, back pain and regained flexibility I hadn't had in years. She taught me what to do, how to do it properly and why. I still use these same techniques today, 3 years later. Still much stronger and more flexible than I was before. Amy is a master of therapeutic yoga, incorporating it into one's overall lifestyle.

Not just for yoga students and teachers.

As a massage therapist and certified personal trainer, I am always looking for ways to assess and work with clients to improve their quality of life. My knowledge of yoga was very limited prior to working with Amy. I attended her Boomer Plus Yoga workshops in hopes of finding a different approach to working with senior clients. What I found was an invaluable tool to use for all clients needs from rehabilitation to minor aches and pains. Amy's knowledge and understanding of how the human body works and functions in everyday life makes Boomer Plus Yoga a must for anyone in the Health, Wellness, or Fitness field.
