Amy Lee

Amy is a Montauk, New York native with a love for travel that has brought her all over the world. She is an E-RYT yoga instructor as well as a YACEP via the Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yatra Yoga in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua and has been registered with the Yoga Alliance since 2014. Following her 200 YTT she studied Chakra Therapy with Anodea Judith in NYC. Amy is also Reiki 1 certified through East End Reiki and was named lululemon athletica East Hampton's October 2014 Instructor of the Month. In May of 2015 Amy completed SUP Yoga Teacher Training with Jessica Bellofatto of Kama Deva Yoga and Gina Bradley, of Paddle Diva, located in East Hampton, NY. She previously taught Buti Yoga from February 2016 to March 2019. Amy is also certified in Buti Yoga's sister practice, DEEP.

In 2018 she founded Clear Channel Activation, a yoga, meditation and coaching wellness company. The yoga offered is a fusion of rhythmic and serpent-like yoga movements, breath work and meditation. It is a comprehensive vinyasa style practice that is aimed to help strengthen and stretch the body + create spinal mobility on a physical level. Energetically, the practice helps to release stagnant energy and allows for us tap into our sacred knowledge via intuition. By doing so we create a clear channel within ourselves in which to connect to our Higher Self.

In CCY classes the breath is linked to each movement. So, within each movement there is a new opportunity for us to energetically bridge our body, mind & spirit. When this trinity is activated we become Sacred Movement Channels. It is a practice that is unique to the practitioner. One of shadow and light to clear what holds us back and in turn channel our innate wisdom within.
